Tony was quick repaired my front door lock, in about 30 minutes there was a tiny broken piece of metal that he replaced, and refitted the lock all worked ok, the only thing was the high final cost of £230, but i did have to get the lock repaired fairly quickly and the lock was out of the door any way so agreed to the price.

It was an expenive lock theres nothing much we can do about that, we arrived on time and didnwhat you asked, this doesnt warrant a 2 star review, its not our problem you have an expensive door, also the parts were not repaired they were replaced. You were told about the price of the parts before the job, you accepted sonwe did it.

We called Lockwiz after a previous locksmith couldn’t pick our front door. Given that we called at 1am, Tony came out within an hour. He was very polite and worked professionally and due to his tirelessness effort, he got our door open in 15 minutes! We can’t think him enough and his partner was also very kind to us given our situation. We would recommend everyone to choose Lockwiz and especially Tony if he is available! My daughter was in a challenging situation and needed her locks changed immediately. I live in the US and called Steve up and shared with him my circumstances (calling from the US) and needing help for my daughter in Cannock.
He was there within 15 minutes and did a fantastic job. He focused on making sure my daughter was safe first and then sort out the money later.
I never leave a review as I find them disingenuous. However, Steve's efforts and follow through warranted a change from me. Steve went above and beyond and I highly recommend both he and his service.
