I'm so grateful to Flo! What a blessing of a person. My kids broke my back door and I tried to fix it myself and that took the biggest L! !! Im on my own with 3 kids a bday to get to and the door frame on the floor after I murdered it. im thinking i ain't got the P for this fully stressed. Flo turned up had we had a laugh at my mess and I was straight with him how much am I looking at he didn't even say nutting just went straight to what he could do to fix my mess instead of listing off a bill of parts he needed. He fixed that door so quick I cant tell you how gassed I was to hear the lock click!!! I contacted this service on a Sunday evening a couple of weeks ago regarding a faulty door handle and jammed bedroom door. The locksmith was unable to take my call but sent a text almost immediately asking what the issue was. After I explained the problem and sent him a picture (as requested), he sent me precise instructions and on how to remove the door handle and use a screwdriver to unlock the door. (I think he could tell that I was no good with DIY!) He also sent a marked up version of my picture with an arrow to illustrate his instructions!
