I recently contacted Hans due to having issues with our back door. I had to use a locksmith, which to any semi competent craftsman is a hard pill to swallow😂 after calling a few different local companies. I choose Lockfit Burton as the reviews appeared good if not the best. I couldn’t be more impressed, called Hans at 2 o’clock today as I couldn’t shut my door - turned out the lock was seized and broken. Hans was at my house just over an hour later, fitted a new mechanism to the door and then made adjustments to ensure the door closed and locked better than it has ever done. Hans came out the next day after contacting him to have a look at the door lock which would unlock but not open. Managed to get the door open and then explained to us the issue. Replaced the gears and lock. Door wouldn't stay closed unless handle lifted, Hans went above and beyond to help fix this problem, even though it wasn't really his problem as he had fixed the door issue. Dropped Hans a WhatsApp from his website and a call was made back to me within 2 mins Hans then came out the same day to see the extent of the problem I had with my French door.
