What makes a great website?
Beautiful design, optimised engineering and the right content. Too many businesses have a website that looks good on desktops but might not work perfectly on mobiles where most viewing is done. That’s where the engineering comes in. Google loves sites that have been built for the whole range of screen types out there. We take care of that. Next comes converting visitors into customers. We need to know about how the business works and what areas of business our client wants to increase. It might be that some days are quiet and new customers are needed on those days, or perhaps there is a new product being launched. Clients might be concerned about seasonal fluctuations so that’s where we come in to build up a client audience ready to buy at those times.
What do you love most about your job?
We love helping businesses grow and prosper. We are in it for the long run and we stick with our clients and they stick with us. We get to know them. We have team meetings and work new ideas into our marketing efforts. Every day is a new challenge and brings a new opportunity.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Love of marketing and reaching out to find new customers for our clients. We love working hands on with our clients over a coffee or a video link. We enjoy the excitement of making a difference to a client business and doing it with style and in a positive collaborative way.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our expertise and understanding of multiple business needs are top of my list. We also provide all inclusive customer care packages that really are second to none. It’s a fixed monthly fee depending on the size of the project and gives unlimited website updates and social media benefits. All of this is subject to a fair use policy but we’ve never had to refuse a client so far.

Our services are provided using audio and / or video calls. The pandemic has taught us all that we can be just as effective on a Zoom, Meet or Teams call as if we were there in person. In fact often it’s more effective as no one is tired from travelling.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our staff in the UK and in Spain all work from fully equipped home offices and every day we have group meetings discussing client needs and helping each other give the best to our customers.

We build websites that of course work on phones and tablets, laptops, desktops and TV’s.
Most important is that we build websites to encourage new customers to get in touch with you. We use a strong ‘call to action’ to convert anonymous visitors who just pass by into actively interested customers or clients.

Your website might be a bit old and tired so we will give it a new lease of life. We will use the latest engineering and graphics with strong messages and techniques to bring customers to you. Let’s collect email addresses and give potential customers a reason to buy from you. It’s all part of the service.

Linked to your website social media handled correctly will build an audience. We then convert that audience into new business by building landing pages with great graphics and strong messages that actively encourage visitors to take action and get in touch. We take care of it all within a fixed monthly budget.
