The experience with LJC vans was great.
The van came on time and the size was also quite appropriate for us. The driver and helper both were very supportive and helped us in moving our stuff down from the building to the van and getting it back to our new flat.

I used this company this week and found Lyndon to be very reasonable price wise, and very helpful getting my job done, I would definitely use him again and would recommend LJC Van's to anybody .

He did not turn up as promised but did let me know that he would come at a different time to which I agreed. We had already agreed a price for the job but at the point of delivery he asked for more and was not happy about me sticking to the agreed price. However, I gave the extra he asked for. Hi Rohini, We sincerely apologise for rescheduling & for any inconvenience caused. When we gave you a quote of £130, that was to relocate the items you had listed: '2 double divan beds, 1 sofa 3 seater, 1 dismantled glass top dining table & 1 rug.' When we were loading the van, there were 5 large boxes & 2 mattresses that you did not list when you were quoted. If we had known that the boxes & mattresses were included, we would have given you a quote of £180 for the job. Because we had already agreed on a price, we asked you if you could pay £150 for the extra items & you agreed to pay £148, you were not obligated to pay the extra money, we assumed you had paid it as a thankyou for moving the unexpected items. To prevent this situation from happening in future, we have started including terms and conditions in our booking confirmation emails which states that customers will be charged for any items that were not specified when quoted.
