Lewis was absolutely fantastic. Yes he did a great job in removed the tree, grinding down the stump and disposing of the waste. But as importantly he got all the small, extra things right. I hired Lewis to take down a very large tree, a couple of medium ones, and a long stretch of bushes that ran the length of my garden. I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the unprofessional conduct and lack of responsibility displayed by LJ Services. I hired them to complete a tree removal job on my property, but unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

First and foremost, during the tree removal process, LJ Services carelessly left two large sections of trees in my neighbor's garden, which subsequently fell and has been there for more than two weeks. This act of negligence not only created an inconvenience for my neighbor but also reflects the lack of attention to detail and disregard for property that L.J Services has shown.

Since then, I have been attempting to reach out to LJ Services in order to rectify the situation and have them complete the job as promised. However, their response has been nothing but a series of false promises and excuses. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, Lewis, the person in charge, seems to be actively avoiding my calls and refuses to take responsibility for the unfinished work.

Moreover, to add insult to injury, when LJ Services initially carried out the job, they left my property unlocked, citing it as a "human error." This act of negligence not only compromised the security of my home but also demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism and attention to the most basic safety measures.

I am utterly disgusted by the lack of professionalism, accountability, and integrity displayed by LJ Services throughout this entire ordeal. Their failure to complete the work they were hired for, coupled with their avoidance of responsibility and broken promises, has left me feeling betrayed and frustrated.

In addition, I now need to spend an additional £250 to get this resolved by another company. I really wish I read their Facebook reviews which is an accurate reflection of their company.

I strongly advise against hiring LJ Services for any tree-related services or any work in general. Their unreliability, negligence, and lack of respect for both property and customer satisfaction make them entirely unworthy of anyone's trust. Save yourself the headache and seek a more competent and reputable service provider who values professionalism and customer service.

It is my hope that this review will serve as a cautionary tale for others, preventing them from falling victim to the unprofessional and unsatisfactory services provided by LJ Services. More...
