I have over 8 years experience massaging and helping people relieve pain.
I have studied anatomy and pain relief. I have worked in care and have DBS etc.
This is my second year doing massage professionally.
I also massage NHS staff at the local hospital in High Wycombe.

It was my mum's first appointment with Liz, and she was very welcoming, taking the time to understanding mum's medical history & current health. Liz has a lot of knowledge and explained every step during the massage. It was painful as mum had been suffering from bad knees for a while, after the massage mum felt a lot better. Full body massage
Full body massage (minus Groin) in either Swedish or Deep tissue style for:
1 hour is £60.
1.5 hour is £80
2 hours is £100
You just choose the style and amount of time. Session is catered to your body/style
