Hi, I'm Liz. I am a Certified Life, Health and Wellness Coach and Motivational Speaker helping leaders and professionals to optimize their health, energy, and mental clarity—so they can perform at their best and avoid burnout.

Completing Liz Solano’s health and wellbeing coaching programme was a truly enriching experience. I had never gone through a personal coaching process before, and my experience with Liz has been both very interesting and enriching. My mission is to support others to thrive in their lives, health and wellbeing, unlocking their maximum potential and harnessing the individual's innate power to restore balance and direction. I believe in empowering people to take their health and future into their own hands, with the necessary tools, knowledge and support to enable them to become the architect of their lives and lifestyles rather than a victim. We are designed to thrive, not simply survive. Each action and tiny step we take is a vote for the person we want to become!

Ana is a translator who dreams of becoming a professional author of children's fiction. She had never gone through a coaching process before, and her transformation was very interesting and inspirational to witness. She was initially struggling with anxiety, lack of confidence, unhealthy habits and feeling stuck in life and her ability to make a change.

During our sessions, she was able to connect with her deepest knots, as well as her strengths and weaknesses. She began to incorporate tools to unblock her negative thought patterns and self-doubt, reconnect with her desires and authentic motivators, and regain her self-esteem, while at the same time starting to establish creative and productive routines.
She finally began to write her first book, and her ideas are flowing! Ana has now established a regular writing practice, as well as a structure for moving forward with a framework that will allow for her career transition, making sure that she has the finances in place to support her family, as well as a healthy lifestyle and mindful practices to support her in her mental focus, creativity and inspiration to write.
In her own words, she has made a 'meaningful leap' in her life towards her dream lifestyle and career. She now believes it is possible and is working a little every day to make her new career become a reality.
