I offer a free 30 minute initial consultation as the first step in the counselling process. This is a no-obligation, confidential conversation designed to help us explore your needs, concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy. It’s an opportunity for you to ask questions, understand how I work, and see if we are the right fit for working together. This session also allows me to explain practical aspects such as confidentiality, session structure, and what to expect from counselling. Most importantly, it provides a safe and supportive space for you to take that first step toward healing, without pressure or commitment.

Free Hypnotherapy Consultation
I offer a free consultation because it is important that you are able to discuss your needs and what you would like to achieve from having Hypnotherapy openly and honestly. The Consultation is 30-45 Minutes, and during this time, we can discuss your reasons for wanting to use Hypnotherapy, and what kind of approach would be best suited to your needs. After the consultation, you can then decide if you would like to continue with myself as your Hypnotherapist.
