So i did 5 weeks with James. This involved a weeks meal plan (me being new to Vagnism, really helped and the meals were super easy and really fun to cook and play around with) and 2 sessions a week for 5 weeks. From the first session, James was a real cool guy and made the workouts fun and easy (even though i was knackered at the end - but that was the point) Hes taught me and gave me the tools to now continue on with my fitness journey in the future and i know that if i ever have a question about anything fitness/nutrition related he’d give it all to help me out! If anyone is thinking of working with James then just do it, you wont regret it at all! Thanks alot James mate, hope to do more sessions with you in the future! More...

Just had my first session and it was fantastic! I was quite nervous as I am quite weighty and I haven't ever had a PT session before! James put me at ease and the hour flew by! I feel amazing and am really looking forward to working more with James going forward!!! More...

I've just started having sessions with James after knowing how passionate he is about fitness, diet and lifestyle and me feeling like i had lost a lot of motivation in lockdown so I knew I needed help. I had booked a big block of sessions and I have just completed my first full week with him and I feel great !! he is flexible and knows how to describe a move even in this virtual covid world so I can get the most from my workout. he is inspiring and able to push that little bit further than you think you are capable of. So I've known James for a while now, initially meeting him as a PT at a reputable gym..he has a real buzz and energy and his positivity and focus is contagious. . I'm just coming up to completing my first month with James and it's been brilliant! James has a very kind and gentle personality but gives you the kick up the butt you need to meet your goals. He's easily contactable and very knowledgeable - not just about fitness but all round lifestyle, nutrition and wellbeing too. We worked out a good plan where James genuinely listened to me and found what would work for me and my situation. I've been able to take it at my own pace and felt a huge difference within the first week with an improvement in sleep, energy and how I felt in myself. James doesn't offer a quick fix - he advises and supports you to make long term changes to maintain a healthy way of living that is sustainable but also allows for real life and the small indulgences it brings. With that being said, it's been incredible to see how a few small changes which he suggested has had such a positive impact in a short space of time. Highly recommended. More...

Massively highly recommended. J has been amazing helping me lose weight, tone up & with my diet. I'm loving the results within myself, health & my wellbeing, inside & out. I'm recovering from depression & my pt sessions with J make me feel alive & motivated. J is an amazing trainer, his way of working & helping ppl is outstanding. Every pt session is different & enjoyable instead of being boring like any other pt. J makes you feel so comfortable. Any body that doesn't have J as their pt you should reconsider & book him!!! I would definately recommend james 10/10 He provides help in all areas of weight management. Im personally trying to lose weight and with james' training plan and food advice have lost 1/2 a stone in 3 to 4 wks and am feeling so much better in myself. Can definately notice a difference in my clothes and general health. He is very dedicated to each member and always goes that extra mile to help you.
