I am a person-centered therapist, trained in clinical hypnotherapy, a Licensed Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and coach. I adapt the therapy to each individual client as appropriate and work at their pace.
I have had many challenging experiences myself in life and have survived a difficult marriage, divorce, children with mental health issues and more.

What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to help clients free themselves of limiting beliefs and finding a way forward. Helping clients to leave trauma in the past and develop a deeper sense of self worth and courage is very rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have taught in secondary education for 15 years and have witnessed growing mental health issues in young people. I have seen first hand and indeed, experienced personally, the difficulties people face with emotional trauma and I want to use my personal experience and empathy to support clients to feel as happy, free and positive as I do.

My client's needs are my focus at all times. I will work with them at their pace and will be able to adapt my practice as appropriate for each individual.
