Architectural Design
For every project, we follow the Royal Institute of British Architect’s Plan of Work to deliver our services. We cover everything from Stages 0 to 7, supporting you right from establishing your project goals to crafting detailed construction plans and overseeing the whole building process.
We love bringing ideas to life visually. We mostly use 3D-modelling but also throw in hand-sketches and mood boards to help you picture the potential of your project.
When it comes to 3D capabilities, we're well-versed in BIM and can create walk-throughs and real-time visualisations. These tools help you swiftly assess different design concepts.
Feasibility Studies
Sometimes the way forward isn’t always obvious. Feasibility Studies are a valuable way to examine the opportunities on your site. Our reports include an analysis of potential architectural strategies, including character assessments, site constraints, massing, budget, programme and construction methods.
Project Management
Embarking on development projects can be quite intricate, often involving numerous specialists, consultants, and contractors—even smaller projects can pose significant complexities. Our aim is to guide you through this journey, providing comprehensive support across the different development stages. From initial design and planning to procurement, compliance with building regulations, contract administration, and overseeing construction, we're here to assist you every step of the way.

Micro Houses & Holiday Cabins
We have significant knowledge of the glamping sector, having designed and constructed The Bide, an award-winning retreat situated on a working farm in Dorset. Our practice has also been involved in various other holiday sector projects. Whether it's securing planning permission for land use changes or crafting layouts for inviting Airbnb accommodations, we focus on providing attractive stays for guests while considering the owner's requirements. This is achieved through thoughtful consideration of durable materials to maintain a balance between guest comfort and the owner's needs.
