We offer therapy through fitness training it's about breaking down barriers that you would not normally do and while training talking about the issues you are facing.
Each session you have will change and get a little harder without you realising your doing challenges that you thought you would never do.
It's about competing against your self and in turn it breaks down the barriers to give you self-confidence.
