As this was my 1st deep tissue massage I wasn't sure what to expect. Lee was very professional and explained everything beforehand. During the massage Lee kept checking with me to make sure the pressure was right and it wasn't causing me discomfort. Afterwards I felt a lot more mobile so it obviously did the trick.
He is a very friendly and knowledgeable guy so needless to say I will definitely be booking in more sessions in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lee. More...

I have seen Lee before but it had been a while and because I train a lot in the gym I was experiencing a lot of pain which was affecting my sleep. He was amazing at releasing the tightness and knots. I even fell asleep which is unusual for me. I would highly recommend Lee for a massage. More...

I was highly recommended to Lee's massage by a friend as I had been experiencing a lower back pain for a few months.

From the initial contact via email/text, to the consultation and thorough out the whole massage session Lee was both professional and courteous demonstrating his in depth knowledge of his expertise as he took time to explain possible areas of my pain and the whole procedure before and after. Also checking up with a text the following day.

I am very impressed and in the future will definitely try a reflexology session too.

I’ve recently come home from holiday this week with vertigo and could not get to my reflexology appointment as I was unable to drive as I felt so dizzy I called Lee and explained this and he very kindly offered a home visit so could receive my treatment which really helped me with vertigo . After suffering from a repeat of a rotator cuff injury I spoke to Lee who recommended an upper body massage.
The massage took just under the hour, during which Lee explained that the process would release toxins from tge muscles which showed after a matter of minutes by blocking my sinuses. At the end of massage Lee advised that the toxins would likely lead to a headache - and oh boy was he right I must have been full of toxins.
Now under a week later theres been a 90% improvement in the mobility of my shoulder with only mild twinges of discomfort.
Would I use Lee again? Too bloody right I would.

Had my first ever Hot Stone massage and can’t recommend it enough! 🙌
I asked for a “firmer” massage due to lots of tension in my body, which Lee worked on perfectly. He’s extensive knowledge of the human body allowed him to target my problem areas and explained everything fully to me.
Lee’s professionalism was fantastic and has definitely persuaded me to invest in more “me time” in the future.

I had the most marvellous deep tissue massage yesterday, I'm not a lover of body massages but I'd been suffering with lower pain in back & hip . .. Lee explained everything what he was going to do, & said if it gets too much to tell him , but as I said to him " No pain no gain" ..
