Awful company. They took a skip payment Friday for £504 then told me two hours later they didn't provide skips to Leicestershire (despite website saying they do! ) so taking the payment was a "mistake" and because they had taken the money they couldn't pay it back ...probably for 5 days. So I can't book a skip as I do not have the money in my account. The bank told me to call them to cgeck they were refunding the money so I called them Monday morning. The next 8 phone calls throuout the shole day I was constantly misled and misadvised and failed promises over and over to call me back to resolve it - for a full day telling me the skip was in fact on its way and they were not refunding, then at the end of the day they then told me there was no skip coming even though they had been telling me the driver was on his way and was probably nearly there...and they were refunding instaed ....in FIVE days time...you get the pciture - it had all the hall marks of a scam and I still have no skip and no money returned. Advise avoid and find someone better- it is just awful to deal with them. More...
