What do you love most about your job?
Honestly, the thing I love most about being a Career and Leadership Coach is seeing that lightbulb moment when everything just clicks for my clients. That moment when they finally see what’s possible, shake off the self-doubt, and start moving towards something that actually excites them.
I get to help people go from feeling stuck and unfulfilled to waking up on a Monday feeling energised and clear about where they’re heading. Whether it’s landing their dream job, stepping up as a leader, or just finally feeling confident in their own skin, I’m right there with them, backing them and keeping them focused!
It’s not just about career moves; it’s about building a life that feels more authentic and meaningful. And I love that I get to be part of that journey. Watching my clients grow, take bold steps, and start living life on their own terms - that’s what keeps me going every single day!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Starting my own coaching business wasn’t just a career move - it was personal. My career journey took me through recruitment, careers guidance, and leadership development. I was climbing the ladder, but something was missing. I was successful, but not fulfilled.
That all changed when I experienced coaching for myself. It gave me clarity, direction, and a real sense of purpose. I knew I wanted to help others feel that same transformation - to move from stuck and uncertain to confident and inspired.
That’s why I launched my coaching business - I wanted to help ambitious professionals discover what truly lights them up and create careers that feel meaningful and aligned.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck, and I know what it takes to break through. That’s why I’m here to help you do the same!
