We had been really struggling with a planning consultant who was not working out, so we gave Alfie a call and he was able to pick up where they left off. 3 years and one very painful planning application process later, we have secured consent for our barn conversion - which we thought was never going to happen. What do you love most about your job?
Using my passion for architecture and design, as well as my unique architectural stylings to promote innovative designs which are contributing to a greener planet through biodiversity and sustainability, whilst lowering their embodied energy and carbon footprint.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The freedom to explore my own design styles, to create a unique concept offering individuality, sustainability and modernism.

We have worked with homeowners for over 10 years now; we have been in your position; we have failed, and we have learned. Our founder, Alfie Goss - leads by demonstration. He is a finalist for Young Business Person of the Year 2023 - which is testament to his hard work and determination over the years.
We work with our clients to not only design inspiring places and buildings, but to provide a service which is trustworthy, down to earth and essentially - cut’s the BS. Having worked with contractors, suppliers, consultants on our own building projects, we know where you have been, we know you need to trust your team, and above all else stay on budget. We won’t sell you the dream and then not deliver - we work alongside you day in day out to achieve your goals.

Some residential works can be offered online / remotely. All work is done electronically and so is communication. All projects require a site visit, however this can be orchestrated to be the most convenient scenario.
Planning - Stage 01
Design implementation and planning drawings in order to gain approval from local authority and develop the spatial qualities of the design proposal.
Technical Design - Stage 02
Technical implementation and compliance with UK Building Regulations, along with coordination with structural engineer and external consultants to deliver a complete tender package ready for construction.
Construction and Contract Administration
Consultancy through the construction phases to deliver sufficient information to the build team, monthly valuations, project management, financial management.
Land Development
Procurement of land deals, design and development of the site, as well as full site management
Passiv Haus Design
Passiv Haus design led proposals offering sustainable strategies into new and existing residential properties
3D CGI
3D Computer Generated Images and modelling to show in photo-realistic reality design proposals and differing scenarios. Ideal for design, marketing, showcasing and property investment.
Design Drawings
CAD drawings of extensions, new builds, garden rooms, renovations - to either planning level or technical design level.
