Great service, rang me within 5 mins of it going on Bark site and arrived in half hour. Everything was frozen and they just ploughed through assisted with a few boiled kettles of water.
Got the job done quickly. Ashley and Lee great lads and would strongly recommend them to anyone.
Don’t give them yr best china as they like to knock a cup of coffee over, only kidding, great job. Cheers

They did the job but grossly overcharged and wouldn't leave until I paid. I felt intimidated and it was a most unpleasant experience.

Hi david, in response to your review, the job that was carried out took my engineers 5-6hours of extensive work and equipment used including jetters, water pumps and inspection cameras and the fact that we prevented a serious flood i feel that this is unjustified, the cost of the job was resonable and was asked to be made once the job was complete as per our company policy. There was no discussion between yourself with the engineers in any discrepancy over payment, i would have preferred you to have called the office and discussed rather than leave a review over something we have not had a chance to discuss prior.

I used LA plumbing and drainage for a severely blocked manhole in my garden, the engineer was very fast in response and efficient, communication was great and my manhole was unblocked using their jetting machine, would highly recommend and would definitely use this company again
