What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the difference if a roof, driveway or patio is an extremely amazing thing in most cases, some customers can’t believe there original colour and how dirty they really are. I personally enjoy the job itself… I do the work so customers can be confident towards the exterior to there home, give it an extra shine.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started exterior cleaning from a younger age and loved it from day one, realising how much it helps home owners like yourself it was something i wanted to stick too. Once i gained the experience needed i stepped up and started myself, seeing the difference our cleans can make really inspired me to push for my own company.

At KTO we make contact after the first quote has been sent into us to arrange a date we can measure and discuss options 1 on 1 with the customer. This gives us chance to see the job to be prepared and for the customer to meet the team. Once agreed we will arrive on the date to carry out the work!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We carry PPE boxes in our van which includes hand sanitizer, masks and gloves. We carry out keeping a distance from our customers to avoid spreading any illness that may be in the air.
Low pressure roof clean
A low pressure roof clean is our most popular option out of the two we offer, using a low pressure method we pressure wash the moss staright off your roof in the process this restore the original colour and beuaty of the tile! We also add a biocide after the pressure clean this keeps cleaning the roof! We recommend joining our maintenance plan which intales in a biocide treatment every year.
Roof manual scrape
Our second option when cleaning a roof is our scrape and biocide option. This intales of using perfectly cut tile scrapers that are made to fit any tile. We scrape the moss off the roof with a pole to do most of the work so no walking on the roof will be done. We then empty the gutters and spray a biocide to keep cleaning the roof over time. A maintance plan will be offered after the job to apply another treatment of biocide every year.
Gutter, Facia and soffit cleans
With most of our services a gutter empty will be included. However this is the more premium package, your gutters will be emptied as well as your facia, soffits and gutters get a fresh clean.
Gutter Empty
Are your gutters too full? This is the service for you! We come and empty your gutters that are full of debris, moss and dirt.
Solar Panel Clean
We clean your solar panels! Solar panels are a vital part of the world but did you know your not getting the full potential out of them while they are dirty! We low pressure clean over the panels to remove litchem and dirt.
Bird Proofing
Sick of the feather kind getting under your panels? Bird proofing is for you! We apply a mesh around the panels to stop birds from be able to access and mest underneath the panels. We do not drill the mesh into your panels! We use clips to keep the mesh in place with a downwards force!
Driveway Clean
Tired of walking out to a dirty drive? Then you meed a driveway clean, this intales of pressure washing the dirt layer away feom the blocks, to leave a brighter more appealing look to your driveway! We add a biocide to the driveway to keep it cleaning and offer a maintenance plan to keep ontop of this for you. We then resand over the driveway to keep the blocks tight this is included in the package.
Glass Cleans
From conservatorys to windows we will clean it! Dirty conservatory roof? We use a chemical to get the hard stains from the roof which makes it look brand new again! Windows dirty? We do it the traditional way and the pure water way! From a builder clean to a one off clean KTO is here to help.
