Personal Training
One to One personal training -
My core service consists of bespoke personal training sessions at a location that works for you – for example, a home gym or a local park.
I work with clients to assess their goals and devise a completely unique fitness programme. My approach centres around functional training, which you can find out more on my website.
Online Coaching -
For clients who live further away – in the UK or abroad – or those who don’t have time to train together, I offer an exclusive online fitness coaching service. You don’t need access to a gym to benefit from this and it can be done in your own home.
Group Training -
Whether you’re a couple, a family, a group of friends or a small team of colleagues, I offer group training sessions to help you train together, bond and collectively reach your fitness goals. Contact me below to find out if we can develop a personalised solution for your group.
Nutritional Advice -
As well as personal training, I have also worked as the founder of a healthy eatery and meal-prep company that has supplied premiership football teams and international gym brands. This means I can use my experience to help provide advice on meal choices and nutrition to supplement your training sessions.
