Carl and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Talked though what was required for a Catio and built it within 2 days leaving a fine structure for our cats to get some outdoor space for the summer. Karl was incredibly nice and patient. He helped us change five lights and five sockets, including one light that had a power/wire issue. Karl fitted our new bathroom suite. What a nice guy to deal with and even though he had a few issues with the sink (partly my fault) which ended up him having to order a different one and sending the other back, was still very polite, never let it beat him, just got on with it, very clean and tidy. Fitted new sockets plus a double socket in hall, fitted new electric shower, decorated whole house, fitted outdoor electric socket and has helped greatly with garden work. Karl has carried out a number of jobs for us around the garden and the house, including erecting panel fencing, building a decorative corner patio, constructing a garden arbour, and installing outdoor lighting. Indoors he's also carried out electrical work in the kitchen, and laid ceramic tiles in our porch. Highly recommend KP Home & Garden, our new build home and in particular our garden have been completely transformed. We now have a great outdoor space and accessible patio area that is inviting, tidy and relaxing. Alongside building us a bespoke wooden pergola for our patio area, he has also been back to build a shed with full electrics and taught us about garden maintenance. Karl recently designed and built a media wall in our living room - we’re so happy with the result. Karl made the process really easy by advising exactly what materials were needed, how long it would take to complete and suggesting features such as additional sockets. Karl built us a lovely wooden gazebo for our garden.
We had an idea of what we wanted, and Karl came over and discussed the options available and then built the gazebo to our own specifications. We are delighted with the outcome.
