Our back door handle had snapped when it was locked, obviously this meant we couldn't use it and was therefore a fire hazard. Martin from KMG offered to come down the same day and gave me a quote for the job. Unfortunately the mechanism we had wasn't standard so getting a part wasn't straight forward. Martin called me later that day to say he had a part and he was able to come back 48 hours later to repair the mechanism, absolutely first class service and the quote I was given was the price I paid. Martin also talked me through what the issue was which was reassuring to see someone who knew what he was talking about and was able to explain the quote. 100% recommend. More...

I cant recommend this company enough, we called today after being let down by another company who was extremely rude an they where here within 15 minutes to fix our broken jammed shut back door. It was fixed and working again within the hour with new parts. He was polite, clean and came up with a plan B and C when plan A failed due to my door having very old no longer produced parts on it. Oh and he was half the price the other company quoted us. We would not hesitate using him again or recommending to anyone who needs a locksmith! A****** service!! More...

That everything is a puzzle and at the end the customer is happy

I wanted to create a company where people could go knowing they wouldn't be getting ripped off and still get a quality service

I am very reasonably priced I don't walk away, punctual and good communication, the customer will always know what's going on from start to finish and will know exactly what is wrong with evidence shown where possible

When it was active, masks and shoe covers were worn at all times

I pride myself on non destructive entry, where possible locks will be picked with no damage
Lock upgrades
With those unscrupulous individuals trying doors and finding new ways to get past locks, lock companies have been doing their best to beat them, we have a wide range of knowledge on the types of high security locks
Window locks/handles
Its not just doors we deal with, anyway in or out of your property we have ways of making them more secure
Hinges
Door and window hinges can be replaced, dont be conned into a new door or window
Door alignments
Your door maybe sticking, becoming difficult to lock, having to keep the handle pressed up to turn the key, none of that should be happening it could cost you more further down the road
New Mechanism
I keep a huge variety of stock on the van so if you need a new mechanism 90% of the time It can be replaced in one visit
