Hi, my name is Kitty & I am a Humanistic Counselling Psychotherapist. I welcome all faiths, races, genders & sexualities. My aim is to provide a safe, supporting, therapeutic space, where you can be assured you will be received without judgment. We will work together to create a framework that works best for you in addressing your needs. Perhaps you are encountering "life-limiting" obstacles, emotional blocks, seeking a trauma focused exploration, or future goal planning. The therapeutic aim is to help you move toward achieving meaning and fulfillment in your life.
The 3 schools of Humanistic allow for maximum flexibility in tailoring an approach that will work best for you, covering both mind & body. My client work spans 3+ years covering many areas in the field. A 15 minute call with me is free, as is the first 30 minute session, so please feel free to drop me an email with any questions you may have and we can arrange a call.
Reaching out is a big step, and there is no expectation, or obligation, for us to work together after our 15 minute call, or after our first 30 minute session.
