I provide online (via Zoom or MS Teams) coaching sessions across multiple different disciplines! Online coaching provides you the flexibility to attend sessions at your convenience!

A bit about me…I have worked across various different people development roles within both small and corporate organizations - overall I have 21 years of experience working within the talent development and people space! As such I have rich insight into multiple different facets of supporting people in reaching their full potential. I have an undergrad-degree majoring in Industrial Psychology and Communications and hold an ICF-accredited Postgraduate certificate in Business & Personal coaching! I am currently working towards my ACC qualification (Associate Certified Coach)!

I am truly passionate about providing people with the opportunities, learning and ‘space’ to be their authentic selves in a safe, confidential and reflective space!

I am a firm believer in ‘shopping around’ for a coach - we all connect in different ways and it can take time to find the right person for you! As such I offer the first introductory session FREE - thereafter you can decide whether you would like to continue working with me.
