What do you love most about your job?
Making it easier for my clients by dealing with their tax affairs. In all of my experience I have noticed how tax worries a lot of individuals and by listening to my clients' needs, I guide them through the process I would be taking them to help them sort this out.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To enable me to deal with the type of clients I think would need my help.

I use a highly accredited tax software company company and clients can upload their document securely and efficiently to the Portal. The facility to e-approve documents is also available.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have not need to deal with this as all my clients work remotely with me.
