I’ve been training with Kim for the past 4 months and I honestly can’t recommend her enough! When I first reached out, I was at a pretty low point in terms of my confidence and body image. From our very first session I've felt completely at ease. She took the time to really understand where I was - both physically and mentally - and created a personalised program to build on my strengths and introduce new exercises in a fun and manageable way.

I am so much more confident and look forward to every session knowing I'll be both challenged and supported at each step. Even though I’m still early in my fitness journey, I’m already seeing amazing results in terms of body recomposition and strength.

Kim is also a total joy to train with. She’s not only a genuinely lovely person but also someone who truly inspires me with her own growth and achievements.

Over the years l'd tried various tactics to losing weight and developing muscle, but to no avail. Back in January 2023 l was ready to give up and felt like it was the last chance to get something done. I found Kim and found her story quite relatable and I felt she was very approachable, so I braved the decision to get in touch and we started training together.
A year and a half later, I still class it as one of the best choices l've made in my life.
I'm now feeling much happier with myself, I'm better with my food choices, smaller clothes now fit better, I actually know how to work the exercise equipment/machinery properly, and the training + support Kim has provided has been nothing short of amazing, this whole experience has changed my life.
Kim's knowledge of exercise process and dietary habits has been a huge help, and I can't thank her enough for finally helping me get to where I am.
I'm hoping to eventually compete in weightlifting, and Kim will be a part of that journey too.

When I first came to Kim I had no idea where to start with getting back on top of my health. She provides such a mindful, non judgemental approach and is so supportive. She has helped me make healthier choices with sustainable changes that fit my life style.
I enjoy all of our sessions and the group sessions she runs! I've learned so much about what I need to do and the healthiest ways to achieve it.
I've really enjoyed working with Kim over the past two years and would recommend her to anyone! She provides such a safe and inclusive space.
I love the results, I love seeing myself get stronger and feeling more confident every day because of what she's helped me achieve.

I set myself a goal of loosing 2st in 6months by my birthday... but I knew I needed help to get there - and I'm very glad I found Kim! She has been so positive, supportive and encouraging the whole way - especially when motivation dropped, which it does naturally from time to time. If she hadn't been there, those are the times I may not have bothered to dust myself off and keep going!
The combination of in-person and online check-ins has been perfect for me, adapting to busy and changeable work & family commitments. Our sessions in the gym are always interesting - trying out new equipment and innovative ways of overcoming old injuries.
Kim stepped up my routines regularly as I progressed & to keep them interesting - she also provided mini work outs for times when I've been away.
Having consistent support has kept me on track and the results speak for themselves - only a couple of Ibs off of my 2st goal!
The change has been gradual and sustainable - unlike other diets I've tried, and I've not denied myself treats so I don't feel like I'm missing out.
It's definitely a positive lifestyle change that will stick with me!
I love working out, seeing the progress and feeling energised & less achy... ready for all that family life has to throw at me!

I worked in retail full time after leaving university, and I wasn’t happy at all. I had been consistently going to the gym for four years and found it a great outlet for my own mental health. I enjoyed how strong I was becoming and how much better I felt for going.
When the first lockdown hit, I knew I had to use the time I had been given off of work to better my own life in some way. This is when I decided to take the leap and complete my personal training diploma. I love helping people to achieve their full potential, and it just felt right.
I haven’t looked back since.

I myself have been training for 7 years. I started off my own fitness journey through having a personal trainer and have since trained with several. I fell in love with weightlifting through having a coach, so I understand the importance of the role of a coach that I now provide others.
My own coaching style has been developed through my own personal experiences - working out what works and what doesn’t for both myself and different types of people.
Not one of my clients receive the same program or nutritional assistance. Everything I provide is completely personalised for YOU to suit your body and your goals, giving you the best results!

My services online are still fully personalised and unique to each individual, with multiple contact points throughout the week to ensure your training is on track and you are headings towards your goals.
