I had a wet gable wall in the middle of winter and had three other roofers come out all wanting to replace my roof and put scaffolding up. When Kennedy came out he showed me photos of the issue and said all I needed was cement around my chimney, it was below freezing at the time when he made the repair which was above and beyond the call of duty. This stopped the ingress of water and the gables dried out a far cheaper option then a roof replacement. We initially contacted Graeme Kennedy (Kennedy Roofing Services) after observing the good work he and his team did treating several of our neighbour’s properties. Having already been badly let down by local roofing firms we were very wary as to engaging further with roof workers. We need not have worried as after agreeing a very reasonable price, Graeme not only cleared and treated our roof, he replaced two broken tiles and carried out six repairs to gutter leaks (left by previous local roofing firm) at no extra charge. Needless to say we are delighted with Graeme’s work and would strongly recommend anyone looking for any type of roof or gutter work to contact Graeme. Kennedy roofers were extremely friendly, reliable and professional. They popped over after doing some work on our neighbour's house, and replaced a couple slipped tiles right then and there. They also gave us an honest assessment of something that needed fixing, quoted us a very reasonable price, and said they would come back to fix it. Sure enough, a couple days later, they came over and fixed it right up without us even sending a reminder. Highly recommend and will use them again for any roofing issues in the future. More...

Graeme has been first class to deal with, from initial contact by email where he explained he would come out and give an honest assessment of the work required to our roof, which after attending he made clear exactly what repair work would be required, how much time needed for completion and the total cost expected to cover this. After agreeing to the work required, the weather on the day this was due to commence was extremely poor, therefore, Graeme showed great flexibility in rescheduling for a suitable day which I wanted to select. On the specified day, Graeme arrived on time, explained how he would approach the work and completed this swiftly to a very high standard and for a very competitive price.
