What’s better than turning a hobby/passion into your profession? It’s also a major bonus that it allows me more time with my two amazing babies.

Written Exercises
I provide written instructions of what exercise to do and for how long/how many reps. These are yours to keep for as long as you like.

I love to keep in touch with my clients even on days they aren't doing a session. These little messages help keep you motivated and keeps me in the know of what you’re doing and how you’re feeling!
