I know I'm overweight and get breathless on a steady walk. I've known for ages I need to do something about it so, I've Invested in an hour's consultation with Katie at Champneys Health Spa in Tring. She advises that I need to reduce my BMI from 32.6 to under 30 and gave me lots of ways to improve my bad eating habits and rubbish eating patterns. I now know what I should be eating and when.
