What inspired you to start your own business?
I sought out life coaching when I had the opportunity and it changed my life. My self-worth grew, my confidence rose incredibly and I realised I wasn't living my authentic life. I had a strong feeling that I had to help others to feel as good as I realised was possible, rather than stumbling along with a life that isn't authentically theirs.

I normally use Google Meet and WhatsApp Video for coaching calls. Happy to meet face to face - I am based in South East London and have met clients for walks too.
