What do you love most about your job?
I set people free from stress/worry and pain that life can deal and restore their lives with powerful insights and experience. I love to heal people, their lives and their families. Health, vitality and happiness are so important to my life personally, that I love to inspire others to achieve all their wishes and desires. Witnessing transformation is everything to me. Sometimes I enter a difficult coaching session and think well how can I possibly give this person what they need and my deep level of perception of what they need - never fails me. My motto: Everything is possible...with support. We can thrive as individuals but you just need the right tools for the 'job'.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a passion for people living happy, meaningful lives. It really was a natural progression and as my skills increased from my own journey, I simply had to support others. Now having had a very successful corporate career, my coaching spans a broad range of topics. At a fundamental level issues arise from the same patterns old patterns. We all deal with difficult issues and this world is not designed to support us, we need to connect with others to heal.

Clients usually come with fear but finish the session is such a better place. What may seems difficult or impossible, we work through easily. In fact they really enjoy working with me as they feel so empowered after just a few sessions. With my level of experience clients trust me, plus I am highly qualified so that is reassuring. Kick Starter Session
An intensive 3 hour kick starter session I find is the best way to start making a real difference. Sometimes this is all that is needed or we arrange further sessions as my clients prefer. Prices start from £225
Sessions are by Skype or in person depending on distance.
