Hello and welcome! My coaching is for the woman who knows it is time to make a change but needs someone to talk it through with, to support her, someone with considerable experience to help her make the decisions and take the next steps.

Often I help clients avoid going into major stress, breakdown or burnout and turn things around so they can live a joyful life with meaning and purpose.My mission is to inspire women to shine their light. Usually when my clients come to me joy is far from how they feel... confused, frustrated, sad, desperate for change - this tends to be where they start, and we get that transformed!
For two decades I have been a life coach, working with women around the globe, having trained with some of the top names in the world.
Clearly there are a lot of life coaches "out there" but I know when I needed help myself I went to someone who had a lot of experience and that paid dividends. I have an empathetic approach and practice "tough love" when necessary, gently keeping my clients on track so they get the results they truly want - and in fact, very often, helping them to even work out what the results ARE that they want. I'm an exceptionally good listener and at essence what most of us want is to be heard, and to be seen...really heard and seen...for who we are.
I have clients around the globe - from the USA, the Middle East, Europe and Australia as well as from the UK.
In addition to coaching - individually and in groups, both on my own and with a partner, I also arrange Exquisite Journeys - intimate trips exclusively for women - and have a women's community Ellev8.
