The work completed has been done well yet massively over priced for the work done. I needed 30 feet fence kickboard, 7feet shed guttering and a small amount of barking done. I provided the bark. I was quoted £380 for the job. I had priced up the materials on line thinking I was getting a new water butt. I had completely forgot he said he had a water butt I could have. At the end of the job I queried the quote given the water butt was second hand. He agreed that he had paid £160 for materials meaning I've paid £220 for 1 hour 45 minutes of labour and take rubbish away. He said he quotes for the job as has to pay staff, diesel etc. If you could see the size of the garden you would be shocked. The amount if waste filled one wheelbarrow. He was quick to answer my add on the site and I did think the quote was steep so asked for itemised breakdown and did not get any pricing. You live and learn. More...

We give you the quotation at £380  in person and invoice you was happy for us to supply and fit all materials  and you give me the go-ahead  I also chucked in the water barrel, so you didn’t need to buy a New One  out of good gesture  what would’ve cost around £80. It’s good as new only been stood outside never been used  I worked for an hour and 45 minutes which I never stopped for a break and carried on till job was completed. That’s why I get my jobs done  but like to get stuck in to it and get it over and done with  you never said anything about how long it took. When I completed the job you only started complaining about the cost, the cost of what we agreed to in an invoice and in person, you was happy about the work  sorry that you are not happy but we can’t please them all  we do try our best  satisfy all our customers 

Very good worker. Cleared weeds and also cleared all plants that had blown in around drain and surrounding areas. Will be ringing him again in near future .

Hi we did the work that we agreed on. I try my best to keep people happy but you put more work added on.  What we didn’t agree on.  I like to do the best work that we can possibly do. We normally write written quotes out,  you sounded like a nice genuine people so I didn’t think we needed to do one sorry you’re not happy

Quick response and got the job done the same day

Pruned our trees, cut back shrubs and cleared borders. Pleased with the standard of work. Only criticism is that it was a little more pricey than expected.

Prompt response to request placed on Bark. Joe assessed the job to be done and gave me an agreeable price. He arrived with 2 young lads and they worked non-stop completing a fantastic job. Enormously expensive and the job not done to required standard e.g. grass verges untidy, back garden moss cleared after a fashion but instead of taking it all away, some was just spread over the lawn, I will not be using this company again.
