A strange chap. Pleasant enough but no communication at all. He dropped my bike and has hidden away from the dealers to who he is liable and ignored most of my correspondence for weeks at a time.
Your word is your bond and without it, you are nothing. And no doubt the bike shop will issue legal proceedings from here

Paul was great, a real gentleman. Very helpful and accommodating. The only downside was that he was nearly 2 hours late. I’d still use him again though.
