A guy came out and gave me a quote, we arranged a date for him to come and do the work. He said he’d be at mine between 8. 30 /9.00. At 9.15 I rang him , no answer, so I tried the land line where I think I got his wife. Within minutes he rang me to explain he’d broken down , I was disappointed cause I’d had no call. He explained his mechanic was going to him and he’d ring me back, he didn’t call so once again got his wife , I’d asked her to ask him to call me, this was about 2/3 weeks ago ...: still waiting for the call. Joe was very prompt in his reply and did the job the next day which I was really pleased with, considering it was in an awkward wall on the end of the house in which the only access was via my neighbour, but, it didn't bother him and the price was reasonable too. What I love most about my job is that get to meet new people every day and that not one job can be the same.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me is that grandad and dad have been in the trade for many of years and feel privileged to have had the family business put in my hands.
