Earlier this year I found SK Property Services (Simon) on Bark and we agreed on a interior decorating/renovating job.
He showed up one single day, blew a few holes in the walls, left all the mess in there, including his own food rotting away, and disappeared without warning. Also with the keys from my flat.
Two weeks and many texts later, eventually I got his wife on the phone, saying he was sick and that they will arrange to bring back the keys. Nothing happened. After another 2 weeks and a zillion texts from me, I got him on the phone. He insisted he brought back the keys, which is absolutely not true and basically called me a liar.
He also didn’t bother to say anything about how he disappeared without a word and about all that mess after him. Eventually he ended our call abruptly by saying that he does not wish to hear from me again and that i have to call the police, if i want to.
Needless to say, i had to change the lock.
It’s a shame that people like this call themselves “professionals” More...

I think you have the wrong company. We uavent done any work for you. Can you please remove this review.

Simon contacted me within 15 mins of putting and up. Needed a lot of single sockets changed to doubles, he also fitted ceiling lights. He then supplied and fitted new smoke detectors. Have already booked in another job for him. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. 100% customer service. More...

Very good previously and timely and efficient as well

Kevin and simon complete all our maintenance work including decorating and hanging if doors.etc... kevin does all our plumbing needs and with over 50 houses they complete work quickly and efficiently.
