What do you love most about your job?
I get to help people from all walks of life, each with their own challenges. It's amazing to see people grow in confidence, get stronger, and start to believe in themselves — all through training and small mindset shifts.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve always had a passion for helping people and for fitness. After over a decade working in a factory, I knew I needed a new challenge. Starting my own personal training business let me combine both — and I’ve never looked back.
