Josh responded to my blanket enquiry regarding installation of an Ohme Home Pro charger. His price was more than acceptable and I waited less than a week for the install. He viewed pictures of the area I wanted it, we spoke on the phone and he even came to look and check that all would be ok. Josh is extremely polite, very friendly and very thorough. He made sure the unit was fitted where I wanted it and did various checks with me during the fitting. He explained everything about the installation, answered my questions, helped set up the app on my phone and checked that everything was working before leaving.
