Honestly the best at what he does! Looking back at my diet before starting with Josh and what it is now, I cannot believe I am eating all the foods I was afraid of! And enjoying them too! He has really worked hard with me to change my perception of food and become a healthier version of me. There have been lots of ups and downs along the way but Josh has been nothing but supportive. Having training with Josh for nearly 6 months now, I couldn't recommend him more highly! Not only has he helped me finally sort my body and fitness out. . I love training with him.

I thought i'd use Josh just to gain some momentum again, but I now have a friend and coach who keeps me accountable, pushes me, listens. I wont be leaving you any time soon Josh!!

I have been training with Josh for nearly five years now, and I genuinely couldn’t ask for a better PT. He has way of pushing you to your limits while still being incredibly supportive and kind. Josh always takes the time to explain each workout, ensuring we understand the purpose behind it, and he’s quick to correct form to keep things both safe and effective. He also created a fantastic plan that helped me successfully complete a half marathon — he tailored my workouts and adjusted my food plan to keep me on track.
One thing that sets Josh apart is his attention to individual needs. As a vegetarian, I’ve really appreciated his thoughtful and practical nutrition advice, which has helped me fuel my body properly and reach my fitness goals. I’ve been training with Josh for almost 3 years now and I am the fittest and strongest I’ve ever been! I started with Josh with the aim of loosing a bit of weight post my second daughter. In 6 weeks I lost 6kg through weight training and a personalised nutrition plan. Each session is meticulously planned and Josh makes it both fun and challenging!
