"Life-changing experience — I felt seen, heard, and genuinely helped."
I can’t recommend Jonathan enough. I came in feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, constantly overthinking and doubting myself. From the very first session, I felt completely at ease. His approach is so gentle and non-judgemental — I never felt like I had to explain myself or dig into things I wasn’t ready to talk about. It just felt like someone really got me.
The sessions were tailored exactly to what I needed and the tools and insights I gained have stayed with me far beyond the therapy. I noticed real changes in how I respond to stress and in the way I speak to myself. I feel more grounded, confident, and able to handle life’s ups and downs without spiralling.
What stood out the most was how intuitive and respectful the process was — nothing felt forced and yet it was so effective. I can't recommend Jonthan enough. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my wellbeing.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, stress, phobias, overthinking, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, or difficult feelings like anger, guilt, shame or sadness, this approach helps to create long-lasting, positive change — often in fewer sessions than you might expect.
