I started training with Jon in January, just after Christmas, feeling pretty bloated and having very little motivation. Since then, I have hardly missed a session – I have found each one challenging and interesting never quite sure what is going to happen each week which has kept my interest up and motivated me to attend.

Before I started training with Jonathan, I was miserable. I had got myself into a bad place physically and mentally during my last year at uni.
I didn't want to go out anymore because I was so uncomfortable in myself. But training with Jonathan has been a real turning point in my life, i've now regained my confidence and am back to my happier self!
He's great to train with, he knows your limits and isn't afraid to push you! And it's perfect because he just comes round to your house, so even if you're having a bad day and can't be bothered, tough! He knows where you live, ha! It's great having someone there motivating and encouraging you, and the results have been incredible, worth every penny!!

What I love most about my work is seeing clients achieve transformations that go beyond physical appearance. It’s incredibly rewarding to help people who’ve struggled with their health for years finally experience real, lasting results. Witnessing the shift when a client not only reaches their goals but also gains confidence, energy, and a true sense of well-being is what drives me every day.
I also enjoy the challenge and creativity that come with personalising each plan. No two clients are the same, and building strategies that cater to each individual’s needs is both fulfilling and inspiring. Being able to make a genuine difference in people’s lives by empowering them with tools for a healthier, happier future—there’s nothing more satisfying than that.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After a lifetime of sports and training, I faced countless injuries, from knee surgeries to chronic back pain, along with discovering food sensitivities that had affected my health for years. My turning point came after extensive research and self-experimentation. I found that eliminating certain foods, combined with targeted pre-hab strategies, transformed my health. Now in my 50’s I’m still training in martial arts and fitness without the constant pain that once held me back, experiencing the vitality I once thought was beyond reach—all without prescription drugs.
This journey inspired me to help others achieve the same. I started sharing my story on social media and offering private training and nutrition services to athletes, actors, and busy professionals, people who—like I once did—felt limited by their own bodies. Eventually, I left my corporate career to follow my passion full-time, focusing on personalised, holistic wellness.
Today, my goal is to help others unlock their full potential and redefine what health means to them. I believe no two paths are the same, which is why I champion a fully individualised approach to performance.
