Don't waste your time looking for a personal trainer if you:
1) don't really do any exercise - noone, no personal trainer, no religious leader or anyone else is going to change that. Tomorrow morning, when you get out of bed do 5 minutes of exercises.

Jolyon took the time to listen to the reasons behind my taking on a personal trainer and what my fitness goals were and why.
He was then able to tailor a programme that really suited me, whilst always providing the right level of support and encouragement.
We would routinely review how things were going, if any goals had changed, what the struggles were and what the successes and achievements were. He was always open to any feedback I had and always happy to do any further research in any particular areas I had an interest in or query about. If it felt like anything needed to be tweaked within the training programme, he would make the necessary changes, to ensure things were kept on track and continuing to work towards achieving the best results for me.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I create tailored programs for each client, taking into account their goals, nutrition and exercise preferences and factors that motivate them to finish results.
My programs are tolerant to withstand all the unfolding problems daily life throws at people enabling them to be successful no matter what.
Most of all my programs are designed to give clients early deep satisfaction with results from the very first meeting.
Once they have achieved their main goal, my program will focus on maintaining this initial achievement and show them how to keep on progressing to new levels of fitness and good health. My commitment will stay with them for life.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Patience and consistency, patience and consistency.
I mercilessly hunt down every possible feel good trick and technique to keep things satisfying and rewarding but at the end of the day we have to be patient and stay with the plan.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the little explosions of learning and satisfaction that my clients experience through our workouts and with their ongoing discoveries through the program.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Devastated by the crippling effect of heart disease on my father which over-shadowed my childhood, heartbroken by the loss of one sister and the terrible suffering of another caused by cancer, I have dedicated my life to searching for effective solutions to these lifestyle problems using nutrition and exercise.
