How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
As your personal trainer, we look at were you are in your fitness level, we will take into account any injuries or likes or dislikes you have, from there we then devise a programme which is suited to you and your level of fitness, time available and in most cases incorporate this with a healthy eating plan,

It is possible to do fitness online as I did during covid however its much better to be in person where possible it just lets me look at a clients posture and technique more closely
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I use hand sanitiser and clean all equipment between clients and still take weekly covid tests.
