John is so good with Kylo who always comes home very happy and very tired which is exactly what we need for a 9 month old puppy who is full of energy. John has been walking Ruby for a few months now and she absolutely adores her time with him and the other dogs. She always leaves and comes back so happy and she bonded with John very quickly. I have no worries when Ruby is with John and know he will ensure all her needs are met. John is a natural with animals and is very well organised and efficient. Our Shiba Inu 'He-man' has been with John for nearly a year now. To be quite frank, he used to be a nightmare, but since walking with John he has really come out of his shell and is super friendly with dogs now. He-man always comes back dry with his paws clean. The dog walking service is fantastic. Easy communication and my dog always comes home tired! We recently had a photoshoot with John. He was relaxed, professional and clearly an experienced dog handler and photographer - he knew just how to get some fantastic shots of my dog, who loved the attention and had lots of fun! We received the photos very quickly and they are simply phenomenal. Not only did he capture my dog so beautifully, but also took some incredible cadid photos of me cuddling and interacting with her in between planned shots, which we will cherish for a long time. What do you love most about your job?
The variety of different challenges that the slightly different styles of photography bring. Meeting new people every time. Mainly though, the smile on someone's face when you have nailed the perfect shot.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Nothing beats working for yourself. I feel a great sense of achievement from doing the job well. The challenge of being totally responsible provides the motivation I enjoy.
Why should our clients choose you?
Choosing a photographer is very personal so I would just encourage clients to read my reviews and then arrange for a meeting with me to make sure we are the right fit. I work in a very relaxed way and the feedback I receive most often is that people were surprised how much fun they had when they didn't expect to.
