MSc in Business Psychology: This provides a strong foundation in the theoretical and practical aspects of career development, work-life balance, and coaching methodologies.
30+ Years of Professional Experience: My background in engineering, energy, occupational health and safety, and leadership roles gives me a broad understanding of workplace challenges and dynamics.
Experience with Diverse Clientele: I have experience working with a diverse range of individuals, from retired professionals to new starters, including those with complex needs, through my work with EASE (Empowering Action & Social Esteem).
Leadership & Mentoring Background: Throughout my career, I have mentored and guided numerous individuals to achieve their career goals, with many attributing their success to my support.
My Personal Journey
I've navigated significant life transitions and challenges. I understand the complexities of balancing career ambitions with family life, as a parent of two children and someone who has experienced divorce after a 25 year marriage. My experiences, both positive and challenging, have equipped me with empathy, resilience, and a deep understanding of the human experience. I want to bring not just focus and earnestness to our sessions, but enjoyment and humour too!
