I’ve been training with Joel for 3 years in my local park in Earlsfield and he’s brilliant. He makes sessions fun but always challenging, and has really helped me stay fit, keep up with marathon training and feel stronger and more resilient. Couldn’t recommend him more!

Joel is an excellent personal trainer. He has been supporting me in rebuilding my strength postpartum and continues to help me progress well beyond that stage. Each session feels fresh and engaging, as he always brings a new set of exercises tailored to my needs, making the workouts both fun and varied. Joel is offering home visits that make it so much easier to fit training into a busy schedule. On top of that, he’s a genuinely good chat, which makes the sessions fly by! Good question! I assess my clients needs individually as everyone has their own unique starting point and goals. From there we work together to trailor a plan thats right for the client, and constantly assess how things are going to alter if needed. All done in a friendly and enouraging way!

By first setting your goals and being confident in yourself to go out and work for it. Coaching will help you with your form, encouragement and accountability!

I love that I get to meet people from all walks of life and all with different goals, likes and dislikes. It keeps the job varied and really satisfying when they reach thier goals!

Sport has always been a big part of my life. From rowing at the age of 12 I’ve constantly tried to improve myself. Having 4 years as a full time professional athlete I learnt a lot of skills which transfer into Personal Training. When I retired I knew thats what I wanted to do.
