I absolutely love my training sessions with Jodie. I've never had such a challenging work out but she is really supportive and encouraging so I don't give up. I train with a couple of friends and really appreciate how Jodie tailors the exercises for each of us and delivers programmes which are helping tackle our individual weaknesses - for me my knee and core stability. I've noticed a huge improvement in my overall condition and suffer far less with knee and back pain. I've also noticed my general posture has changed and I feel and look much better. Jodie has an incredible amount of energy even at 6:30am and I can honestly say her sessions are a lot of fun- She varies our exercises each week, and I'm finding the variety and individual support has kept me interested, motivated and enjoying it, something I haven't always found in classes or gyms where it felt more like the same routine each week. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I work with clients on an individual level. I listen to each person, deliverisng a truly unique programme and ensuring I adapt and amend programs as we go to get 100% out of each session. Listening is key and involving each person in the development of their program is key to success. We make decisions together, and I will be your coach and cheerleader all the way through.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
You have already got it! That's the secret, its already there, it's now just about fine tuning and getting the best out of what you've got.
What do you love most about your job?
The best part of my job is watching peoples confidence grow. I often get clients who have no confidence in themselves or their capabilities, after working with me, and seeing their results, they always leave a happier, healthier and much more confident person.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was stuck in a gym where I was limited to the amount of clients I could take and who were charging clients extortionate rates. I started Standfit+ Healthy as a means to reach out and work with many more clients for much more affordable costs.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During in person sessions I will obviously keep my distance and wear a face mask if working indoors, when working outdoors, all equipment will have been sanitised prior to use and hand sanitiser will be provided.
