We recently completed a double-storey rear extension to our home, and Joanne was our project manager throughout the year-long process.
She did an excellent job of keeping the project on track and ensuring everything ran as smoothly as possible.
From the beginning, Joanne was organised and clear in her communication, helping us understand what to expect at each stage. She worked closely with the architects, contractors, and suppliers to make sure everyone was on the same page, and she kept us updated regularly.

What’s your interior design process?
I believe good interior design is a true collaboration between you the client and me the designer. This is your home and has to work for you and your family so the first step is a meet up on site to discuss the scope of the project and I can give you some initial ideas.
If you feel confident to move forward after this first meeting we move to a full brief, then design concepts and sample boards, and then budget, but I will keep your budget in mind throughout concept stage if you have an idea of what you'd like to spend.
Then I will suggest all trades from architects, engineers, builders, glass makers, carpenters, plumbers etc etc who I think best suit your project. You can choose to use my contractors, or I am happy to work with people you choose independently.

What do you love most about your job?
I believe your home should feel like a member of your family. Bringing you joy, hosting your parties, creating havens for relaxation and helping make memories. I love helping clients realise their homes potential, and I love seeing everything come together in the final stage, like a caterpillar changing into a butterfly.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After renovating 5 of my own houses over 15 years (and making all the rookie mistakes) I finally made the perfect home for my family.
By then I had an enormous contact list of people I had used and I trusted and an absolute passion for renovation and interiors.
The business took off from Instagram and via personal recommendation, I've been fully booked for the past 3 years. This year with both children in school I have more time to work and am really looking forward to helping more people get the home of their dreams.
