I have MSc in Positive psychology and Coaching Psychology and am currently progressing through Coaching accreditation with EMCC. As a former Mental Health Nurse, I have a strong focus on health and wellbeing, but also use models and psychological theories when working with clients to cover all aspects of life coaching.
