I have had cleaners in the past and my requirements are high. I dismissed my last cleaning company and I appointed J&D Clean. We had Kath and thoroughly cleaned everywhere, even the lad come out and checked it was to good standards. I've had the lads before as they focus more on commercial, they come out to cover for Kath and I can not fault their work. Brilliant service, they come in and just get on with the cleaning, very thorough and leave my house feeling fresh and clean, had cleaners that I wasnt very happy with before but these are now my forever cleaners lol, would highly reccomend.

I hired C&F after realising that I no longer had time to do it myself. Their prices seemed reasonable and although they sent me a contract which was grammatically incorrect at times, I went ahead and hired them.
As a ex-cleaner myself, I knew what I should expect and after they completed their Deep Clean Service I realised they had missed things which they say they will do as part of their Service and so I decided to compile a list.
Everyone makes mistakes so the week after I gave them another go and gave them the list. However, they still missed out crucial tasks.
Every visit therein after became more disappointing. They haven't cleaned the Bathroom windowsill, at all, despite me specifying it on their last visit. They clean around things - not moving furniture, chairs, rugs, boxes, plant pots, bags of flour... I could go on...and ignored other visible (and blatant obvious) mess due to it not being written down. (Despite them having their own checklist!)
I honestly didn't expect professional cleaners to be able to walk past dirt without giving it a wipe but apparently these lads can!
Alongside that, the sink has never has never had more than a quick rinse and they leave water marks on the sink (and also the bath) on a weekly basis.
I told them I didn't want them back and they left me with a fee of £50 and to my dismay, an unclean house.

Thank you for your review, it is great to receive such delighted feedback. We can confirm you did appoint us to commence your cleaning service as your property has not been cleaned for 2 years as you stated to us during deep cleaning service. As for the contract and grammar well that just is not relevant to the service we have provided to you. Your feedback is based on the cleaning service not the administration of the business. I understand that we missed things during the deep cleaning and as you stated everyone makes mistakes regardless, the following week you spoken to us and pointed this out to us and we corrected the task as you requested. You mention that we still missed tasks, rather remaining silence for the past month you should have pointed this out to us. If this is not on the list to have cleaned, then it will not be cleaned. All your tasks were completed and followed as stated on the list set by you. Prior to the things you have listed to be cleaned, we do not remove heavy furniture however it clearly states in your contract and everyone else contract that due to health and safety we do not move heavy furniture. So, for us not to remove chairs, this would be in breach of health and safety regulations. Moving forward to the £50 fee, dismay, and unclean house. You were charged exit fee as your contract clearly stated you must give 30 days written notice, to end this contract. Your notice to us by email, text message was only 1-week notice. Therefore, you are in breach of contract and we have a legal right to charge you for. Due to consumer rights act, you have the option to ask us to repeat or fix the service or get some money back. However, you did not request this only once after the deep clean. You continued to your weekly contract for cleaning service. If you were not happy with the level of service and how unclean your property was. Why did you overpay us for service to be performed, I think we and others will settle that you were happy with service? My only advice to you will be to read your contract, now you will have more time on your hands to carry out the cleaning yourself as you are a cleaner yourself then up to your high standards.

DJ’s were really responsive to what we wanted right from the start. They are attentive, conscientious, and doing an excellent job for us. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a weekly service and was put in contact with DJs Cleaning Service. I received quote and I contacted to arrange my service. Come to my property to have a look around and completed all the paperwork. Service is 100% and they really do show pride in their work. Although I do think for the service I receive I do think you charge little bit more. I will certainly recommend to anymore and more so my family and friends. What a lovely set of lads who clean my house every week, they clean to a very high standard, after coming home from a hard day at work, my house smells lovely and fresh, will definitely recommend DJs cleaning service to my friends and family for future, if they ever need a cleaner.

Up front when we specified our requirements they suggested premium service which we accepted - scheduled job and they arrived as arranged and did what was expected - they now have a weekly contract with us
